RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

Please keep in mind that all our clothing is handprinted in-house by ourself so small imperfections may happen. We added a size chart on every products pages so please make sure the size fits you right before ordering. To do so, lay down one of your favorite shirt, measure it and pick the size that comes closest to it.


As a family run business, we sadly do not provide shipping labels for returns which means you will have to take care of the shipping cost yourself. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of one of our products, we will be happy to replace or refund it within 30 days after you received your package.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.


In the event of a return/exchange, please send us a quick email to contact@roamingbones.com . We will communicate with you the adress to which to return your order. Once we received your package with the unworn and unwashed items back, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) and send them right back to you or refund the price of the item(s) through the same payment method initially used. Shipping costs are not refunded.

 

SHIPPING

 

After your order is placed, it usually takes around 2-5 working days until your package will be shipped. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and holidays.

Our main delivery service is Canada Post which takes around 3-5 working days to be delivered to Canada and USA and 7-21 days for international destinations.

Orders to Canada and USA over 125$ qualify for FREE SHIPPING

Please note there could be customs fees that must be paid by the customer. If you are unsure about import taxes and duties we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
